Spenzer G’wand is one of the less formal Tracht choices for women. This is a very typical look from the region in Bavaria that we represent (Miesbach). The horizontal striped skirt and ruffled peplum are commonly worn in this part of Bavaria.  We typically wear Spenzer G’wand for spring and summer events such as Maifest.
